So you’ve been training with us for six weeks now, and I think it’s time to introduce our first program of the season. Welcome to 22-22 It! This group of workouts will be spread across four weeks with frequencies that are five days per week – but each session focuses on different equipment or tempos within those designated times (e.g., week one = Kettlebell  + Running ). So when we say “workout,” know there is no set plan in stone because every workout will change based off what day of the WEEK IT IS .

The name may sound daunting at first glance… But trust me; if done properly these sessions WILL make YOU STRONGER AND MOVE BETTER than ever before !!!

I always find it’s easier to work out with a buddy. By the end of week one, each participant should be able to identify what they want focus on and put in as much effort into that area . It can’t hurt having someone else there who understands your struggle

I thought about this program when I realized how much harder pushing myself becomes over time–and sometimes even just looking at an exercise machine makes me feel like giving up! But then again… Having somebody next you for support is motivating enough

 

WEEK 1 REBUILD (November 1- 4 )

This week, we’re focusing on finding the right tempo so each participant can work out what really matters to them.

(November 6 – 11)

By now we all set to be that hero we always wanted. grab a friend because nothing will make this journey more glorious than smashing those weight with the motivation of your partner

This phase it all about Weight Training!

WEEK 3 ELITE (November 13 – 18 )

Athlete should take up challenges that will make them stronger mentally as well physically

WEEK 4 SUPERWEEK 11 

(November 20 – 26 )

Camps are back, and nothing will beat a week of hard training. This is why we’re doing it! We’ll push ourselves for 6 days in camp with 2 hours worth of intense sessions on friday  – by the end you won’t have any excuses not to get better now that our camps have arrived.
